  • 1 Banana, medium, sliced
  • 1 c Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 1 c Milk, skim
  • ½ c Orange juice


  1. PLACE all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. COVER tightly. BLEND until smooth.

*May use a frozen banana, sliced if desired.
