c = cup, T = tablespoon, t = teaspoon, lb = pound, oz = ounce, fl oz = fluid ounce, pkg = package


  • 2 c Corn, canned, no salt added
  • 1 Tomato, medium, seeded and chopped
  • ¼ c Onion, chopped
  • ¼ c Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 T Lime juice
  • 1 Jalapeño, chopped (optional)


  1. COMBINE corn, tomato and onion. MIX well.
  2. ADD cilantro, lime juice and jalapeno.
  3. TOSS and REFRIGERATE until ready to serve.
