Ingredients

  • 1 Graham cracker
  • ¼ c Milk, skim
  • 1 T Vanilla pudding mix, sugar free, instant
  • Dash Cinnamon
  • Dash Ginger, ground
  • 2 T Pumpkin, canned
  • Whipped topping (optional)

Directions

  1. PLACE the graham cracker in a small plastic bag. SEAL the bag.
  2. CRUSH the graham cracker into small crumbs. POUR the crumbs into a small cup.
  3. In a plastic freezer bag, ADD the milk, instant pudding and spices.
  4. REMOVE the air from the bag and seal it.
  5. SQUEEZE and KNEAD with hands.
  6. ADD 2 T pumpkin. MIX well.
  7. PUSH contents of the bag to one corner; SNIP off the corner and SQUEEZE the con-tents into the cup on top of the graham cracker.
*Optional: TOP with whipped topping.
