c = cup, T = tablespoon, t = teaspoon, lb = pound, oz = ounce, fl oz = fluid ounce, pkg = package


  • 4 Pita loaves, whole wheat
  • 1 T Olive oil
  • ¼ t Salt, kosher


  1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F.
  2. CUT along the fold of each pita loaf to make 8 full circles of pita bread.
  3. BRUSH pita bread with olive oil.
  4. CUT each circle into 8 triangles and SPRINKLE with salt.
  5. BAKE in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
  6. REMOVE from oven and SERVE!
