c = cup, T = tablespoon, t = teaspoon, lb = pound, oz = ounce, fl oz = fluid ounce, pkg = package


  • 1 can Pineapple chunks (20 oz)
  • 1 can Mandarin oranges (11 oz)
  • 1 Banana, large, sliced
  • 1 Kiwi, peeled, halved, sliced
  • 1 c Strawberries, quartered
  • ¼ t Lime peel (optional)
  • 2 T Lime juice
  • 1 T Honey


  1. DRAIN pineapple; RESERVE ¼ c juice.
  2. In a large serving bowl COMBINE pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, banana, kiwifruit and strawberries.
  3. In small mixing bowl STIR together reserved pineapple juice, lime peel, lime juice and honey.
  4. POUR over salad; TOSS to coat.
