  • ½ c Yogurt, low fat
  • ½ c Fruit, fresh: sliced or cubed frozen: thawed/drained
  • 2 T Granola, low fat

Directions

  1. In the bottom of a glass or dish, LAYER your fruit, yogurt, and granola.
  2. USE any flavor of yogurt or fruit of your choice.
