Ingredients

  • 4 Tomatoes, Roma, seeded, chopped
  • ½ Onion, red, chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper, green, diced
  • 1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz)
  • 1 can Black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained (15.8 oz)
  • 1 can Corn, no salt added,drained, (15 oz)
  • 1 Jalapeño, seeded, diced
  • 8 oz Italian dressing, fat free, zesty

Directions

  1. COMBINE all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. MIX well to combine flavors.
  3. SERVE with baked chips.
