Ingredients

  • ½ c Sage, fresh or 2 ½ T of sage, dried
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 pkgs Cream cheese, reduced fat, softened, (8 oz ea)
  • ¼ c Greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 3 T Lemon juice
  • ⅛ t Black pepper

Directions

  1. COMBINE the sage and garlic in a food processor and PULSE until finely chopped.
  2. In a medium bowl, MIX together the cream cheese, yogurt, lemon juice and pepper.
  3. STIR in the garlic and sage.
  4. COVER and refrigerate for at least one day before serving.
  5. *You may also use a hand mixer to mix ingredients. CHOP sage and garlic beforehand.
