Ingredients

  • 6 oz Cream cheese, ⅓ lower fat, softened
  • 3 c Colby/Monterey jack cheese, shredded, 2%
  • ¾ c Mayo, light
  • ¼ t Onion powder
  • ¼ t Garlic powder
    ¼ t Black pepper
  • 4 oz Pimentos, jarred
  • 1 T Onion, grated, optional

Directions

  1. BEAT cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. ADD cheeses, mayonnaise, seasonings, pimentos and onion, if desired.
  3. MIX well and REFRIGERATE.
