  • 1 c Buttermilk, low-fat
  • ½ c Sour cream, light
  • ¼ c Mayonnaise, light
  • ⅔ c Parmesan, shredded (grated parmesan will not mix)
  • 1 t Pepper, coarsely ground


  1. In a medium bowl, WHISK together buttermilk, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. WHISK in parmesan and pepper.
