Ingredients

  • 1 can Refried beans, fat-free (16 oz)
  • ½ pkg Taco seasoning mix
  • 1 c Sour cream, fat-free
  • 1 c Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 c Cheddar cheese, reduced fat
  • ¼ c Green onions, chopped
  • ¼ c Black olives, sliced
  • ½ c Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 c Salsa

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, MIX refried beans with taco seasoning until combined.
  2. SPREAD the bean mixture in the bottom of a large glass bowl or other deep dish for layering.
  3. LAYER remaining ingredients over bean mixture; COVER. REFRIGERATE at least an hour, or until chilled.
