Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, ⅓ less fat, softened
  • 2 T Mayonnaise, light
  • ¼ c Onion, red, finely chopped
  • 1 c Carrot, grated
  • 1 c Spinach, fresh, finely chopped
  • 1 c Bell pepper, red, finely chopped
  • ⅛ t Cayenne
  • ¼ t Black pepper

Directions

  1. STIR together the cream cheese and mayonnaise in a medium bowl.
  2. ADD onions, carrots, spinach, bell pepper and spices to the cream cheese. MIX well.
