  • 2 lbs Sweet potatoes
  • 2 T Olive oil
  • ½ t Pepper
  • ¼ t Salt
  • 2 t Paprika
  • Cooking spray


  1. HEAT oven to 425°F. CUT each potato into 1 x 3 inch wedges.
  2. MIX olive oil and seasonings in a zip top bag. ADD potatoes and TOSS until coated.
  3. SPRAY a baking sheet with cooking spray and ARRANGE potatoes in a single layer. BAKE for 35-40 minutes, TURNING once, until potatoes are lightly brown.
