Ingredients

  • ½ c Onion, red, chopped
  • 2 T Lemon juice
  • 1 can Tuna, rinsed and drained (12 oz)
  • 2 cans Cannellini or pinto beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz)
  • ½ c Parsley, fresh, chopped
  • ½ t Red pepper flakes
  • ½ t Black pepper
  • ¼ t Salt
  • 1 t Olive oil
  • 1 c Cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, MIX the lemon juice and onion together.
  2. ADD the remaining ingredients and gently MIX together.
  3. CHILL before serving.
