  • 5.5 oz Salad mix, greens/spinach
  • 2 Pears, cored, sliced
  • 2 c Chicken, cooked, cut into strips
  • 2 T Green onions, chopped
  • 1/8 c Walnuts, chopped
  • 1/8 c Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Balsamic vinegar to taste


  1. LINE platter with greens.
  2. TOP with pears, chicken, onions and walnuts.
  3. TOP with cheese and DRIZZLE balsamic vinegar to taste.
