c = cup, T = tablespoon, t = teaspoon, lb = pound, oz = ounce, fl oz = fluid ounce, pkg = package


  • 8 oz Cream cheese, plain, ⅓ less fat, softened
  • 2 T Sugar
  • 2 c Brown rice, cooked, cooled
  • 1 c Grapes, cut in half
  • 2 Bananas, sliced in rounds
  • 8 oz Whipped topping, lite, thawed
  • 2 T Walnuts, chopped, optional


  1. In a large bowl, MIX cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. ADD and MIX in rice, grapes and bananas.
  3. FOLD in whipped topping and TOP with walnuts, if desired. CHILL for 30 minutes or until ready to SERVE.
