c = cup, T = tablespoon, t = teaspoon, lb = pound, oz = ounce, fl oz = fluid ounce, pkg = package


  • 16 oz Cottage cheese, low-fat
  • 1 c Bell pepper, yellow, diced
  • 1 c Bell pepper, orange, diced
  • 2 c Grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 c Sugar snap peas, chopped
  • 1 c Cucumber, diced
  • 1 T Dill, dried
  • (or 4-5 T fresh dill)
  • 1 t Black pepper


  1. MIX the cottage cheese, bell pepper, grape tomatoes, peas and cucumber.
  2. ADD the dill and black pepper. MIX well.
