c = cup, T = tablespoon, t = teaspoon, lb = pound, oz = ounce, fl oz = fluid ounce, pkg = package


  • ¼ c Yogurt, nonfat, vanilla
  • 1 t Lime juice
  • 2 Apples, diced
  • ½ c Raisins
  • ⅓ c Celery, sliced
  • 2 T Walnuts, chopped


  1. COMBINE yogurt and lime juice.
  2. ADD apples, raisins and celery. TOSS well.
  3. Before serving SPRINKLE walnuts on top of salad.
