Ingredients

  • 1 can Pineapple, chunks, drained (20 oz)
  • 2 c Red grapes, seedless
  • 1 Green pear (or red apple) cored, cubed
  • 1 Orange, peeled, diced
  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • ½ c Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 c Vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1 t Orange zest or lemon peel
  • ½ c Granola, low-fat

Directions

  1. COMBINE pineapple chunks, grapes, pear, orange, banana, strawberries in medium bowl.
  2. STIR in yogurt and orange peel into fruit mixture. COVER; REFRIGERATE 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  3. SPRINKLE granola on top. GARNISH with orange curl and fresh mint, if desired.
