Ingredients

  • ½ T Olive oil
  • 1 Onion, small, sliced thin
  • 4 c Cabbage, shredded
  • 8 oz Spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • ¼ t Black pepper

Directions

  1. ADD oil to large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  2. ADD onion and SAUTÉ until translucent.
  3. ADD cabbage to pan and STIR FRY for 10 minutes or until cabbage has softened and beginning to brown.
  4. ADD pepper and cooked pasta to pan and TOSS together, SAUTÉ 3 more minutes.
