c = cup, T = tablespoon, t = teaspoon, lb = pound, oz = ounce, fl oz = fluid ounce, pkg = package


  • 2 t Olive oil
  • 1 t Thyme, dried
  • 1 t Paprika
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 lb Turkey breast, shredded or chopped
  • 1 pkg Coleslaw mix (16 oz)
  • ⅔ c Mayonnaise, light
  • 6 Pitas, halved


  1. In a large skillet, HEAT olive oil, thyme, paprika, garlic and turkey on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, MIX coleslaw mix and mayonnaise together.
  3. Fill each pita with ¼ c turkey and divide cabbage evenly between all pitas.
