  • 3 c Pasta, whole wheat, dry
  • 8 oz Kale, tough stems removed, leaves chopped (10 cups)
  • 2 c Marinara sauce, Get Fresh! recipe
  • 1 can Black olives, sliced (2.25 oz drained and rinsed)
  • ½ c Feta, crumbled


  1. In a large pot, COOK pasta according to directions, omitting salt and fat.
  2. ADD kale to the pasta the last 3 minutes of cooking.
  3. DRAIN and return to the pot.
  4. STIR in pasta sauce and olives until heated.
  5. SPRINKLE with feta cheese and SERVE.
