Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Active dry yeast
  • 1 t Sugar
  • 1 c Water, warm
  • 1¼ c Flour, whole wheat
  • 1¼ c Flour
  • ½ t Salt
  • 2 T Olive oil
  • Cooking spray
  • 3 c Spinach leaves
  • 1 c Tomato, seeded, chopped
  • ¾ c Onion, red, sliced
  • ¼ c Olives, black sliced
  • 4 oz Feta cheese, reduced fat

Directions

  1. PREHEAT the oven to 450°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, DISSOLVE yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. To the yeast/water mixture STIR in flours, salt and oil. BEAT until smooth. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. TURN dough onto a lightly floured surface and PAT and ROLL into a rectangle.
  5. SPRAY a 12x16 baking sheet with cooking spray. TRANSFER crust to the baking sheet.
  6. SPREAD spinach, tomatoes, onion, olives and feta cheese on pizza crust.
  7. BAKE for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.

*Optional: When cooled, spray lightly with olive oil.
