c = cup, T = tablespoon, t = teaspoon, lb = pound, oz = ounce, fl oz = fluid ounce, pkg = package


  • ½ c Egg whites
  • 1 c Bread crumbs, plain
  • ½ t Garlic powder
  • ¼ t Onion powder
  • ⅛ t Black pepper
  • ⅛ t Salt
  • 1 lb Cod Fillets


  1. PREHEAT oven to 425°F degrees, SPRAY a baking sheet with non-stick spray. SET aside.
  2. In small bowl MIX together bread crumbs and seasonings.
  3. MEASURE egg whites into small bowl.
  4. CUT the fish crosswise into 24 - ½ inch wide sticks. DIP fish sticks into egg whites and then lightly ROLL in bread crumbs.
  5. PLACE coated fish stick on baking sheet, do not let fish touch.
  6. BAKE for 13 minutes and TURN over and continue to BAKE another 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
