Ingredients

  • Cooking Spray
  • 2 lbs Ground beef, extra lean
  • ¾ c Cracker crumbs
  • ½ c Skim milk
  • 2 Eggs, or egg mixture
  • ½ t Pepper
  • 2 t Onion powder
  • ½ t Garlic powder

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 400° F. SPRAY baking sheet lightly with cooking spray.
  2. MIX all ingredients together in bowl until blended, using a large serving spoon. Do not overwork. It will make it tough.
  3. SHAPE beef mixture into 1 to 2 inch meatballs; PLACE on sprayed baking sheet. Makes about 24 meatballs.
  4. BAKE until thoroughly cooked, about 15 to 18 minutes. About 5 minutes before they are finished, TURN them over in the pan and finish cooking.
