Ingredients

  • 1 bx Vanilla pudding, sugar free, fat free, 1.5 oz box
  • 6 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 cn Crushed pineapple, 20 oz
  • 16 oz Whipped topping, lite, thawed
  • 1 Angel food cake, sugar free, 9 oz, cubed
    (round/bundt pan cake)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, MIX pudding mix, pineapple juice and crushed pineapple.
  2. FOLD in whipped topping.
  3. LAYER ingredients in the trifle dish (2 c mix, 1/2 of angel food cake, 3 c mix, remaining angel food cake, remaining mix).
  4. CHILL in the refrigerator until ready to eat or serve.
