Ingredients

  • 6 c Pears, sliced
  • ⅓ c Brown sugar
  • 2 T Cornstarch
  • ½ t Cinnamon
  • ¼ t Ginger
  • 1 dash Nutmeg
  • 1 T Lemon juice
  • Cooking spray

Topping:

  • ⅓ c Sugar substitute
  • ½ c Flour
  • ¼ c Flour, whole wheat
  • ¼ c Brown sugar
  • ⅓ c Margarine, cold

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 425˚F.
  2. MIX pears, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and lemon juice.
  3. SPRAY 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  4. POUR mixture into prepared pie plate.
  5. MIX sugar substitute, flours, brown sugar and margarine until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle topping mixture over pears.
  7. BAKE for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
