Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • ½ c Brown sugar
  • 1 t Cinnamon, ground
  • 1 T Flour
  • 1 T Margarine, melted
  • 4 c Flour
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 4 t Baking powder
  • ½ t Baking soda
  • ½ c Margarine, melted
  • 1 ⅓ c Orange juice
  • 1 T Orange zest
  • 4 Eggs, lightly beaten

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350 ˚F. Lightly SPRAY a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, MIX the brown sugar, cinnamon, 1 T flour, and 1 T melted margarine.
  3. In a large bowl, MIX the 4 c flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda.
  4. In a separate bowl MIX ½ c melted margarine, orange juice, orange zest and eggs.
  5. STIR the melted margarine mixture into the flour mixture until well blended. TRANSFER to the prepared cake pan. SPRINKLE with the brown sugar mixture.
  6. BAKE 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
