Ingredients

  • ½ c Oats
  • ¼ c Flour
  • ¼ c Flour, whole wheat
  • ½ c Brown sugar
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • ¼ c Margarine, melted
  • 4 Apples, granny smith, sliced in half vertically, core/seeds removed

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350˚F.
  2. In a bowl MIX dry ingredients together then ADD melted margarine.
  3. HOLD the apple half cut side up and TOP each apple half with ~¼ c of the oat filling packing it firmly.
  4. PLACE apples cut side up on a baking sheet and BAKE for 30 minutes.
*You may have filling left over depending on the size of your apples.
