Ingredients

  • 3 ½ c Frozen fruit: peaches, pineapple, cherries, mango, strawberries, etc. (~16 oz bag)
  • ⅓ c Sugar
  • 6 oz Yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
  • 1 T Lemon juice

Directions

  1. COMBINE fruit and sugar in a food processor. PULSE until chopped.
  2. ADD yogurt and lemon juice. PROCESS until smooth and creamy.
May use a mixture of different fruit and/or different flavors of yogurt.
