Ingredients

  • 1 ½ c Flour
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 c Baking soda
  • ½ c Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cn Fruit cocktail, light syrup (15 oz)
  • Cooking spray
  • ½ c Brown sugar

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 325˚F.
  2. MIX flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, egg and  fruit cocktail with liquid in a bowl.
  3. SPRAY a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
  4. Transfer mixture to the pan and TOP with ½ c brown sugar.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
