Ingredients

  • 1 box Vanilla pudding mix, sugar-free, fat-free (1.5 oz)
  • 1 ½ c Milk, skim
  • ¾ c Yogurt, Greek, vanilla, nonfat
  • 8 oz Whipped topping, lite, thawed
  • 25 Vanilla wafer cookies
  • 2 Bananas, sliced

Directions

  1. WASH hands with soap and water.
  2. In a medium bowl, ADD pudding mix, milk and yogurt. BEAT with whisk for 1-2 minutes.
  3. FOLD in whipped topping.
  4. PLACE 20 cookies in a zip-top bag and crush. Set aside.
  5. In a dish, SPREAD half the pudding mixture on the bottom. TOP with half the bananas. TOP with half the crushed cookies.
  6. REPEAT layers: remaining pudding mixture, remaining bananas, remaining cookies. TOP with remaining cookies to decorate.
