Ingredients

  • 1 Large banana, halved and cut into ½ inch pieces
  • ¾ c Fresh or frozen cranberries
  • ¼ c Oats
  • ½ t Nutmeg

Directions

  1. COMBINE all ingredients in a large non-stick skillet.
  2. COOK on medium-high heat until cranberries begin to soften, STIRRING occasionally.
  3. REMOVE from heat.
  4. COOL slightly.
  5. SPOON into bowls and TOP with low-fat whipped topping or low-fat frozen yogurt, if desired.
