Ingredients

  • 2 Whole wheat waffles
  • 1 Banana, medium
  • 4 Strawberries
  • ¼ c Syrup, light
  • ½ c Pineapple chunks

Directions

  1. TOAST the waffles then CUT in half.
  2. SLICE the banana in half lengthwise.
  3. PLACE the banana in the middle of the plate forming the body. (You will be making two butterflies)
  4. PLACE the waffles as wings on each side of the banana.
  5. DECORATE the wings with strawberries and pineapple.
  6. DRIZZLE syrup over the waffles.
  7. CUT the bananas and distribute on waffles when ready to eat.
