Ingredients

  • 2 c Biscuit mix, low-fat
  • ⅔ c Milk, skim
  • ½ c Cheddar cheese, reduced fat
  • ½ t Garlic powder
  • Buttered flavored cooking spray (optional)

Directions

  1. HEAT oven to 450 F.
  2. MIX bakery mix, milk, cheese and garlic powder to make a soft dough. BEAT quickly for 30 seconds.
  3. DROP dough onto a baking sheet.
  4. BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. SPRAY warm biscuits with cooking spray before removing from cookie sheet.
