Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 3 Zucchini, medium
  • 1 T Olive oil
  • 1 t Italian seasoning
  • ½ c Pizza sauce
  • 1 c Mozzarella, shredded
  • 27 Turkey pepperoni

Directions

  1. WASH hands with soap and water.
  2. PREHEAT oven to BROIL or 500 F.
  3. SPRAY baking sheet with cooking spray.
  4. SLICE each zucchini into 3 slices lengthwise and lay zucchini slices on the pan.
  5. BRUSH zucchini with olive oil and SPREAD pizza sauce evenly on top of zucchini.
  6. TOP evenly with cheese, pepperoni and Italian seasoning.
  7. BROIL for 4-5 minutes.
