Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 3 T Peanut butter
  • 3 T Honey
  • ¾ c Quick oats
  • ¼ c Raisins or trail mix (nuts, dried fruit), roughly chopped

Directions

  1. MIX peanut butter and honey in a large bowl.
  2. MIX the oats and raisins or trail mix into the peanut butter and honey mixture.
  3. SPRAY a baking sheet with cooking spray and SCOOP 1 T balls onto the baking sheet. SMASH the cookies down with a spoon and REFRIGERATE for 1 hour.
