Ingredients

  • 16 oz Strawberries, frozen, no sugar added
  • 8 oz Vanilla yogurt, fat-free
  • 8 oz Milk, skim
  • 3 T Sugar substitute

Directions

  1. PLACE all ingredients in a blender.
  2. BLEND until smooth.
  3. POUR into individual cups and ENJOY!
