Ingredients

  • 2 T Jelly, reduced sugar
  • 5 Graham cracker rectangles (full sheet)
  • ¼ c Peanut butter
  • 1 t Honey
  • ¼ c Apples, chopped
  • 2 T Raisins
  • 1 T Walnuts, chopped, optional

Directions

  1. BREAK graham cracker rectangles in half to make 10 squares. SPREAD graham crackers out on a plate. SPREAD jelly on each graham cracker square.
  2. In a small bowl, MIX peanut butter and honey. MICROWAVE for 20-30 seconds until melted.
  3. DRIZZLE peanut butter mixture over graham crackers.
  4. TOP nachos with apples, dried fruit and walnuts.
