Ingredients

  • 3 cans Peaches, no sugar added
  • 3 T Lemon juice
  • 1 ½ t Vanilla

*Try other canned fruit such as apricots, pineapple, tropical fruit blend, etc.

Directions

  1. PLACE unopened cans of peaches in the freezer until solid (about 8 hours).
  2. PLACE unopened cans in a hot water bath for 1 minute.
  3. OPEN each can and POUR any thawed juice into a food processor. ADD lemon juice and vanilla.
  4. REMOVE the fruit from each can and carefully CUT into chunks.
  5. PLACE frozen fruit in the food processor and process until smooth.
  6. SERVE or FREEZE until ready to SERVE.

*Depending on equipment, it may be necessary to process in 2 batches.
