Ingredients

  • ½ c Zucchini, diced
  • ½ c Red onion, chopped
  • 1 Red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ c Cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • ½ t Black pepper
  • 1 t Sugar
  • 2 T Lime juice
  • ½ t Salt

Directions

  1. STIR all ingredients together in large bowl.
  2. CHILL and SERVE.
