Ingredients

  • 1 can Peaches, drained, rinsed (15 oz)
  • ⅓ c Bell pepper, red, chopped
  • ¼ c Onion, red, mince
  • ½ T Cilantro, chopped
  • ½ T Lime juice

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, COMBINE all ingredients.
  2. CHILL for about 30 minutes or until ingredients have blended well.
  3. SERVE as topping or as a salsa.
