Ingredients

  • 1 can Whole tomatoes (28 oz)
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes with green chilies, lime/cilantro (10 oz)
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz)
  • ¼ c Onion, chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • ¼ t Sugar
  • ¼ t Salt
  • ¼ t Cumin
  • 1 Jalapeno, seeded, quartered, optional

Directions

  1. ADD all ingredients to a 6-8 cup blender or food processor.
  2. PULSE until ingredients are mixed to desired consistency.
*May need to process in 2 batches if blender is not large enough.
**May substitute 2-14 oz cans of diced tomatoes for 1-28 oz can of whole tomatoes.
