Ingredients

  • 6 T Olive oil
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • ½ t Salt
  • 1 pt Strawberries, fresh, coarsely chopped
  • 8 Green onions, chopped
  • 2 pt Cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ c Cilantro, fresh, chopped

Directions

  1. WHISK together first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. ADD strawberries and remaining ingredients, TOSS to coat.
  3. CHILL at least 1 hour.
  4. SERVE with tortilla chips.
