Ingredients

  • ¼ c Hot jalapeno jelly
  • ¼ c Lime juice
  • 2 Avocados, large, diced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, large, diced
  • ¼ c Cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 2 Mangoes, large, peeled and diced*

*1 can mango, drained (15 oz), can be substituted for fresh mango.

Directions

  1. WASH hands with soap and water.
  2. WHISK together jelly and lime juice in a large bowl.
  3. ADD remaining ingredients, and STIR until blended.
  4. COVER and CHILL 8 hours.
