  • ¼ c Hot jalapeno jelly
  • ¼ c Fresh lime
  • 2 Avocados, large, diced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, large, diced
  • ¼ c Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Mangoes, large, peeled and diced*

*1(26-ounce) jar refrigerated mango pieces, drained, may be substituted for fresh mango.


  1. WHISK together jelly and lime juice in a large bowl.
  2. ADD remaining ingredients, and stir until blended.
  3. COVER and chill 8 hours.
