Ingredients

  • 2 T Instant pudding mix, any flavor
  • ½ c Milk, skim
  • Small zip top bags (heavy duty works best)

Directions

  1. MEASURE pudding into bag, ADD milk.
  2. SEAL completely.
  3. Gently SQUEEZE and SHAKE bag until pudding thickens.
  4. CUT corner of bag and SQUEEZE pudding in your mouth. ENJOY!

*You may also open the bag and eat with a spoon.
