Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 16 Crackers, whole wheat
  • 6 T Marinara sauce
  • 6 T Mozzarella cheese, part skim, shredded
  • 2 T Peppers, onions, or mushrooms, diced
  • 2 T Turkey pepperoni or pineapple tidbits

Directions

  1. HEAT a broiler (or toaster oven).
  2. SPRAY a baking sheet with cooking spray. PLACE crackers on a baking sheet
  3. Dividing evenly, TOP crackers with sauce, cheese, veggies and pepperoni or pineapple.
  4. BROIL until cheese has melted, 2-3 minutes.
