Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • ⅓ c Sugar
  • ⅓ c Brown sugar
  • 2 T Margarine
  • 2 Egg whites
  • ¼ c Applesauce
  • 2 T Milk, skim
  • ½ c Flour
  • ½ c Flour, whole wheat
  • ¼ t Baking soda
  • ½ t Cinnamon
  • 1 c Oats

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350˚F. Lightly SPRAY baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, MIX sugar, brown sugar and margarine. MIX until well blended.
  3. ADD egg white, applesauce and milk. MIX well. SCRAPE sides of bowl.
  4. In another bowl, COMBINE flours, baking soda and cinnamon. ADD applesauce mixture, MIX until well blended.
  5. ADD oats and MIX 30 seconds. SCRAPE sides of bowl.
  6. DROP by tablespoon onto baking sheet. BAKE for 16-18 minutes. COOL on wire rack.
