  • Cooking spray
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 c Corn Syrup
  • 1 c Soy butter
  • 6 c Oat circles cereal
  • 1 c Dried fruit


  1. SPRAY nonstick spray in a 12x16 pan. In a large 5 qt pan, HEAT sugar and syrup just to boiling over medium heat, STIRRING occasionally. REMOVE from heat.
  2. STIR in soy butter until smooth. STIR in cereal and dried fruit until evenly coated. PRESS evenly in pan, using the back of the spoon. COOL 1 hour.
  3. CUT into 5 rows by 8 rows. STORE loosely covered.
