c = cup, T = tablespoon, t = teaspoon, lb = pound, oz = ounce, fl oz = fluid ounce, pkg = package


  • Cooking spray
  • 2 c Mushrooms, chopped
  • ⅓ c Onion, chopped
  • 3 T Green onion, chopped
  • ½ t Garlic, minced
  • ⅛ t Black pepper
  • ⅛ t Nutmeg
  • ¼ c Cream cheese, fat free, softened
  • 12 Wonton wrappers


  1. PREHEAT oven to 375°F.
  2. MIX mushrooms, onions, garlic and spices in a small bowl.
  3. ADD cream cheese and MIX well.
  4. SPRAY muffin tin with cooking spray. PLACE one wonton wrapper in each muffin tin.
  5. SPOON 2 T of mushroom mixture into wonton cups. If you have any mixture leftover evenly DIVIDE it between the 12 tartlets.
